Additionally, we have extensive knowledge and a keen eye for current culinary trends, ensuring your event’s menu is both timeless and innovative. As a locally owned and family-operated business, we take pride in our versatility and commitment to using high-quality, fresh ingredients.
From catering local events to supporting local causes like the Albany Medical Ronald McDonald House and Things Of Our Very Own, we are a fully involved and integrated part of the Capital Region. Our venue, The Edison Downtown, can seat up to 200 guests, while our off-site catering has no maximum.
Finally, we can accommodate a variety of dietary demands, and we are available to cater during the holidays. Although we request a week’s notice for our services, last-minute catering may be available, so don’t hesitate to ask.
